Ohori Park
A water park modeled after West Lake in China, designed with the inlet of Hakata Bay used for the outer moat of Fukuoka Castle. There is a walking path around the circumference of the pond that is about 2 km long and is popular for jogging, cycling, taking in flowers and the seasonal scenery, and boating. Being close to the city center makes it a place to relax for citizens.
