Tokyo Shiba Tofuya Ukai is the here and now of Edo food culture and traditional Japanese architecture.
On the vast grounds covering 6,600㎡ at the foot of the Tokyo Tower, you will find a building with exquisite traditional Japanese architecture and a Japanese garden that shows off the four seasons. Enjoy tofu dishes such as “tosui tofu” (tofu in a dashi and soymilk soup) and “age dengaku” (fried sliced tofu) or the exquisite seasonal dishes of formal kaiseki ryori in a space colored by years of history, overlooking a tranquil Japanese garden.
